request that you remove your media before shipping it to us.
However, if this is |

not possible, you may mail the equipment to us with the
media intact. (Please |

contact us for instructions if needed). To avoid
damage to your media from static, |
|
please enclose your media in an anti-static bag if possible.
Alternatively, you may |
|
use a ziplock storage bag. |
|

Place your media in a
cardboard box that is at a minimum double the size of the |
|
media. Package the media with bubble wrap or heavy
foam padding that is several |
|
inches thick.
Please do not use styrofoam peanuts as they will attract
static.
|

|
|
|
|

Please include the Free Evaluation Request Form discussed
above. If you are |
|
having trouble accessing this form, we will be happy to fax
a copy to you. |

Securely tape the package and label the outside of the box
as "FRAGILE". Ensure |
|
the
label is firmly attached to keep it from being removed
during shipping. Please

ReWave will contact you with the evaluation results and
estimated time for your data recovery |

be complete. We will then request your permission to
proceed with the recovery. The |

turnaround time is generally 1-5 days, however we do
offer priority service for cases which |
|
are time sensitive.
