RAID History and Information

RAID (Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks) was first created many years ago at the University of California at Berkeley. Storage reliability and scalability are two of the main reasons why companies introduce a RAID level architecture to their storage needs.

Unfortunately when two or more drives report a problem, even RAID servers and storage devices can fail. RAID Data Recovery is something the Engineers at ReWave Data Recovery have been doing for many years.

Before doing anything to the array, call ReWave to find out what steps you can try before risking losing all of your data.

RAID 1+0 Recovery

When RAID was introduced many years ago there were only a couple of levels. RAID 1+0 has been around for a while but has really only gotten popular in the last few years. If your RAID 1+0 fails and you need recovery its important to not re-power the serve, remove any of the drives or run chkdsk.

Our Engineers have the experience necessary to recover RAID 1+0 regardless of how many hard drives are involved in the array.

The Engineers at ReWave Data Recovery have experience recovering data from the this NAS device.
